3D Thursday: Framed Florets Angle Side Treat Box

Welcome back! I am the featured designer this week over at 3D Thursday, and I have a beautiful project and tutorial for you, featuring our newest collection, Fitting Florets! This collection is such a wonderful mix of pretty florals and muted tones, plus it does double-duty for holidays and everyday occasions!  Simply click the link below to download my free PDF tutorial so that you can create these sweet little treat boxes, too!

I wanted to share my Angled Side Treat Boxes with you, but I couldn't decide which color combo to go with.  So, I created one of each color! These cute little boxes are perfect for sharing little treats or even a small gift! The best part is that you don't need any special tools to create the box itself-just a paper trimmer with a scoring blade! Once you make the box, you can embellish it however you would like. The new Framed Florets Bundle works perfectly for this project!

For my first box, I chose Balmy Blue and Night of Navy cardstock and paired it with our Soft Succulent Open Weave Ribbon.  This sentiment and the frame die, from the Framed Florets Bundle, worked well with the floral spray image, also from Framed Florets.

For my second box, I chose Blushing Bride and Polished Pink cardstock and paired it with our Evening Evergreen Open Weave Ribbon.  This sentiment and floral image are also from the Framed Florets stamp set.

I love this new collection so much that I'm featuring it in my next Free Online Card Class! The class will be held in my private Facebook Group, Free Online Card Classes with Sherri Everett Bishop, on Friday, November 25.  Simply click the link, request to join, and I'll approve you!

3D Thursday: Holiday Gnome Treat Holders

Welcome back! I am so excited to be the featured designer for 3D Thursday this week!

I have a cute little trio of treat holders for you...and I love that this one tutorial hits THREE major, candy-gifting holidays!  If you're anything like me, you love all of the different holiday gnomes that are so popular right now.  As soon as I started creating with the Design a Treat Box Dies, I knew I wanted to pair them with another current favorite of mine, the Gnomes Dies!

I created the Halloween version first, sizing my box to fit a small Reese's Peanut Butter Bat.  I realized that Reese's also makes the small candies in tree and egg shapes, too...so I just had to create one for Christmas...

AND one for Easter!

3D Thursday: Scary Cute Slider Treat Box

We are in full Halloween mode here at the studio!

I've been spending the past few days prepping my Scary Cute Stamp Club kits which will ship out next week PLUS creating dozens of Best Witches cards for a Hocus Pocus Halloween card swap.  I LOVE creating for Halloween!

This week, Twila Davis is also in Halloween mode for our 3D Thursday project.  She has created an adorable slider treat box using the Scary Cute Bundle!  You'll find the free tutorial for Twila's project below, and you can check out more of her great projects on her blog, Stamp a Little Longer.

Twila tucked a single-serving pack of Oreo cookies in her treat holder.  Such a cute idea!  You could also tuck little candy bars, stickers, or even some cute Halloween earrings in the box!
